Not sure if everyone has seen this, but you can install a programme from EC for Windows, puts up live departures on your sidebar. Saves having to look at the LDBs all the time.

I have the national rail enquiries version, except I've edited the code so it has 8 departure slots rather than the default 7 and has all the new stations in the database which were otherwise not selectable (Dalston Jct, Aylesbury Vale Parkway etc)

I find it quite funny that the example East Coast departure board shows dpartures from London Euston down the WCML!
