I'm sure others will have noticed that the Midland Mainline seems to be having something of a meltdown recently. I've made 3 return trips from Sheffield to London in the last 6 weeks and 5 of the 6 of the legs have been cancelled/heavily delayed.

Anyway, this week I travelled Sheffield to London on 13th December, everything was cancelled from Sheffield in the morning due to flooding between Derby & Nottingham. My return journey on 15th December saw the lines closed at Dronfield for overrunning engineering works. Some stuff was being diverted via the Tapton Old Road and getting through to Sheffield (with delay) at least.

I had purchased an Open Return (EMR only) ticket as required flexibility on travel times. I've just completed the delay repay for my outward leg and when trying to fill it in for my return it says it "can't find the ticket", kicks me out and I have to start again. This has happened twice now so there is clearly i'm doing something wrong! :D

I've noticed that the five digit number you have to enter in the application form is the same for both outward and return legs - is this what is causing the issue, and if so, does anyone know how I complete the Delay Repay for the return leg?
