Engineering firms for ISA (Independent safety assurance assesment)

Besides SNC-Lavinlin, Ricardo, Mott etc big players, are there any certified medium sized UK engineering companies can conduct third party ISA for autonomous driver-less train?

Has this post been moved? I don’t imagine there being much demand for this within the UK. There certainly aren’t any driverless trains on the mainline, let alone on domestic metro systems.
