Something rare has happened. I can actually understand your post.

Black & White? You didn't minimize BVE during the loading process did you? Try loading it again in either case.

Is the view out of the cab black and white? (basically, is it just the panel that is B&W?)

How to find your graphics card version?

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click Performance and Maintenance
3. Click Administrative Tools
4. Click Computer Management
4a. Click Device Manager at the left side menu (If you do not see it press the + button beside the System Tools)
4b. Click the + sign beside the Display Adapters
5. Double click on the graphics card and a window should appear
5a. Go to the Driver section of the window
5b. You should see Driver Version: xx.xx

x = numbers may vary
