I'm travelling from Florence to Zurich next week and was interested to discover this direct train leaving Bologna at 13.30. I wondered if anyone knew what type of train it is? There seems to be standard seating but also Business and First class and I wondered what the difference between Business and First is?

Do you know the train number? If so, vagonWEB can help you.

According to Seat 61, business is simply First Class but you get a seat in the second car. This is the designated "businesszone" where almost all the seats are at two or four-seater full-sized tables. In the other First Class cars, seats are either airline or at partial tables.

The diagram in the Vagonweb link seems to agree with this description.
