It's currently out on 08:30 from Manchester to Cardiff.
Got a very brief look and the vinyls do look to finish in the same place as they did previously.

HD01 - 82226 - Welsh Air Ambulance
HD02 - 82229 - RNLI
HD03 - 82216 - Hope House
HD04 - 82201 - plain TfW black
HD05 - 82200 - Remembrance
HD06 - 82227 - plain TfW black
HD07 - 82230 - plain TfW black

Am i correct that HD03 and HD04 are 5 car sets now?
Hd03 is and has been for a while. HD04 is either done or in the process of being lengthened to 5. Both should be out soon.

So will the first 5-car be out Wednesday or Thursday?
All depends how the exams progress. Thursday all being well HD03 will have a shakedown run to Hereford and back if it's ready as its not run for months.
Unsure on the progress of HD04 at the moment.
Still planned for at least one out this week but looks like it'll be Friday at the earliest before either enter service.

Not had the best of luck this morning, awaiting HD01 at Chester on 1V91 but it’s broke down at Rhyl. So so frustrating as I love the 67’s.
Believed to be a bogie fire on 67010
Now looks like won't be this year at all.
HD03 is still on exam and has lost its loco to get HD01 back out and HD04 Will Now re-enter service but as a 4 car to prevent being short of sets leading into Xmas.

It’s unsurprising though given the general missing of deadlines/fleet unreliability that TfW and DB seem unable to manage.

67013/HD01 failed just beyond Nantwich this morning working 1V31 from Crewe. Currently in the process of changing ends and heading back to Crewe some two hours later, which unfortunately means another set out of service today
Edit - changing ends didn’t work, 1V33 will act as 1Z99 from Crewe and rescue the set. Not a good morning!

HD02 with 67022 on 1V33 is also showing as cancelled at Crewe and 1V32 routed via Chester due to 1V31 issues was cancelled at Chester (197108) and 1V35 hasnt left Manchester yet (17 overdue).....looking a very bad day for the Marches

1V35 (0730 ex Picc) has started from and departed Crewe on time but diverted via Chester so will be looking at around 30 late from Shrewsbury.
A tree now blocking the line around Leominster means all hope of recovering the service from this mornings Mk4 failure is completely lost!

Hmm, what are the changes of the 1430 or 1630 from Manchester to Cardiff being worked by a Mk4 set? I see the service up from Cardiff that would usually become the 1430 has been cancelled from Newport.

The 14:30 will be forming off a reinstated 1Z57 from Crewe, I can’t see that being a Loco unfortunately.
The 16:30 will be 197110.
