Since BA has cancelled all Domestic Flights from Heathrow, Virgin is expecting huge demand on West Coast services from Euston.
Glad to see that Rail isn't affected by fog as much as Air and Rail.

Virgin Trains to run extra services on the London - NW England route Thursday and Friday 21/22 December. Saver restrictions lifted today and tomorrow
To cope with record breaking passenger demand on the West Coast Main Line, peak period restrictions on Saver tickets will be lifted today and tomorrow. Also, the following extra trains will run Thursday and Friday 21/22 December to and from London Euston:
1043 Euston to Preston
1830 Euston to Manchester via Crewe
1857 Euston to Preston
1332 Preston to Euston
2000 Birmingham New Street to Euston (Friday only)
1947 Manchester Piccadilly to Euston (Friday only)
2029 Manchester Piccadilly (Friday only)
These services which will provide an extra 4800 seats will be in addition to our normal scheduled services to and from London, North West England and Scotland which include:
Every half hour on the London to Manchester route
Hourly on the Liverpool route
Hourly on the Preston route
Nine services in both directions on the Glasgow route
Those passengers without bookings are asked to arrive at stations as early as possible where every effort will be made to accommodate them on the first available service with space. Tomorrow there is likely to be more room on morning departures.
Fog, which is affecting much of the country at present, is not an issue for a modern rail network unlike air and roads with yesterday over 90% of Virgin Trains West Coast services running on time.
