Nowt wrong with diesels. Especially if you can do H-O behind them and catch the clag.

Too damn right! Rather do H-O behind a 37 than behind a steam loco any day. But that's the die-hard diesel fan talking. If it's a steam loco on a train I'm on that covers a route I need to do H-O on, I'll do it. Same if it were an electric loco.
