Hello,

I am going to treat the wife to a trip to london and wanted to go first class. I see from the timetable that the 10:04 runcorn to euston has breakfast at seat. I have also read that breakfast is not served after 10:00am. can anyone shed light on what I can expect from a first class ticket on this service, I've been very disappointing in the past traveling first class.

Many Thanks

Nope, FSR your response is wrong i'm afraid.

"The journey times stated on the FC menus are approximate, and refer to the starting time at the originating station", or words to that effect.

This consequently means that breakfast is served throughout your journey "a22book", with alcohol not usually available on breakfast services.

I hope this helps ;)

Ahh I never knew that, I know on for example the 0940 GLC-EUS its ONLY breakfast from Glasgow, All Day from Carlisle. Thats why I presumed.

The timetable has the breakfast symbol at the top of that train, meaning breakfast is served, and Runcorn is highlighted in dark shade, meaning it is served from Runcorn. Seems straightforward?
