This photo and the ones newer are the first photos I've taken this year:

Some of them are a bit dark, but it was a very gloomy day and I wanted to try and keep some of the atmosphere. These are also my first railway photos taken with a DSLR, a Nikon D3200 to be exact. I'm more than happy to hear feedback or suggestions, I hope you enjoy the photos

Right, an update. My D3200 kept having an intermittent fault which wouldn't sort itself out (it kept locking up whenever I tried to use it in cold weather!), so I took it back to Currys for an exchange. They didn't have any D3200s in stock but they were able to offer me a Canon EOS 600D instead, which I decided to go for. I'm glad I did, overall I much prefer it!
I decided to test it out by having a quick visit to Whittlesford Parkway this afternoon:
