Yes but you've lost your favourite vehicle to Bath from Bristol and it's going from Bath to Bristol virtually every day, whereas i've lost my favourite vehicles to Leicester (69435) and Weymouth (66732). So it's not quite the same ;)

Yeah but you said you wanted Scanias (though perhaps not in this way). I was surprised that they moved those up rather than some of the 692** B7s from Weymuff

The Bath B7RLEs have certainly got about a bit.

Go to Leicester and Weymouth and find them then ;)

On the Bath Chronicle website news section for April 29 there is an item regarding cuts to the 37. It is illustrated by a wonderful view of the old Bath bus station-a red Dennis Arrow thrown in for good measure!

There's even a Badgerline Olym in the distance. Reckon that's a 2005 era photo?

The article is rather biased towards the loss of direct services.

Nice. I guess some of these will be Metrobus vehicles - bah - but I wonder what other routes these vehicles will go on.

12 will be for the 902 & 904 Park & Ride routes which First have won from CTPlus effective September while, IIRC, Bath are supposed to be getting 8 for University work but that still leaves a few we don't know about. Also I wonder if they will all be Enviro400 MMC or whether some E200MMC may appear to see off the current Darts on Service 5.

Two of the Solos that have arrived from Stoke were in service on Taunton town services yesterday 53118 and 53120.

32858, 43867/68 and 53505 have all left BoS for Cornwall.

Can someone confirm what vehicles we now have in Bildgwater and Taunton?

I've got:
Bildgwater:-
32817, 32818, 32843, 32844, 32852, 32859, 32872/3/4, 32883, 32930, 32954, 32961
40586/8/90/1/2/3/4, 60895, 60910/7/8, 61594, 66339
Taunton:-
23010/2/4, 32935/6/47, 33099, 33377/8/9/80/1/2, 40570, 40581/2/3/4/5, 43811, 44922/3/4, 45111/2/3/4/5, 47535/6/7/8, 48270/1/2/3, 53118/9/20, 54602, 55101/2/3/4, 62183, 62191/2, 62245, 66745, 68521/2/34/55, 69012/3/7/8, 69206/7/8

Do we know what Tridents are non-DDA compliant?

Is it 32818 and 32859 going to Kernow or is 32883 going? I seem to recall they're the ones in Barbie/Urban.

32818 is in green https://flic.kr/p/Bce3ko

32930 is still in Barbie? Always seemed to avoid the paintbrush?

Maybe it's 32817 i'm thinking of not in green. I definitely saw either 32817/8 in Barbie/Urban fairly recently.

Think you're right on 32930 too.

Does this mean that the 4 non DDA compliant vehicles are in green?

32883 is also in Barbie.

Don't think 33099 is on Taunton's fleet but only recovered there on delivery

32852 is withdrawn.
32866 missing from your list, it is currently at Taunton.
43821-23 also missing. I understand these have had their conversions but need certifying.
33099 many months ago broke down on M5 while going to Cornwall and has been in the yard at Taunton ever since. Thought to require a replacement engine.
Unconfirmed report 32817 gone to Cornwall.

"39 things all Bristol bus passengers know" by the Bristol Evening Post! http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/39-Things-Bristol-bus-passengers-know/story-29207397-detail/story.html

A number of those things are very very true.

Indeed they are :D

Don't mention #27 but I do agree with #35 and the views on the 90.

Quick question - of all the vehicles withdrawn in the last year or two, what's actually been preserved?

42710 and 46603 have been. 42735 was at Warminster.

46225 was supposed to have been but haven't heard of it appearing anywhere. Then others that were supposed to have been bought but then weren't.

Tried out 33953 earlier on 1 up to Cribbs Causeway. First full journey on an MMC. Very nice and much better than the Streetdecks. Wanted a ride on a Gemini, so I came back on 37625(?) on 4 into centre, which is the first time I think I've done that route.

Judging by the main First thread....

20 CNG fuelled Scanias (e400s?) for LH
8 standard e400s for Bath - the gyro versions are bound for Leeds
15 standard e400s for Bristol - 3 for LH but 12 just listed as Bristol and in a different number sequence?

Nothing for South Wales, nor Hants/Dorset - they had done rather well in the past. Berkshire gets some e200s EDIT: Hoeford get a chunk of e200s for Eclipse? Must be going blind
