Shortly going to be investing in some flexible track for my layout, but which ones should I go for?

From what I am guessing, the semi flexible track will come with fishplates already attached and be not overly flexible, but the flexible track will be a lot more flexible, but will require cutting to length and fishplates attaching once your happy, or am I totally wrong?

Again, I am asking for a few pointers from people with experience with these and which way I should go...... Cheers.

I use flexible track yes. depending on the curves you bend them to there will be an inevitable cutting required (by dremel or similar) on any inside rail as this will stick out when bent to the curve you intend using on a given stretch.

I use Peco flexible track on my layout, it seems to stay very clean because I very rarely have to give it a go with the track rubber and is easy to shape to what you need, it just needs well held down to stop it launching a loco off the board! :)
