Foreign level crossing video

No idea why this has happened but just stumbled across this on youtube.

I thought what happened might happen but then though, no, no way, but it did!

Anyone shed any light on it?

It's about 3:40 in. It's pretty terrifying really, it shows the barriers coming up and people driving across, then a few seconds later a train charges through at speed hitting the car with the dash cam recording. If they'd been two feet further along the road they'd have vapourised.
