Forgot about Belgium (Again!).

I'm planning a wee trip to Germany & the Netherlands (and potentially on to Malmö in Sweden) but yet again have forgotten to apply for coupons (FIP) for Belgium as I require to pass through that country to and from the above.

1) So what is the FIP fare from Brüssel Süd to Aachen Süd (Gr), and

2) what is the FIP fare from Roosendaal (Gr) to Brussel Zuid?

My FIP card gives me 75% discount in Belgium. I assume a FIP ticket in Belgium & a free German pass would cover me on the ICE from Brussels to Frankfurt?

I've actually managed to adopt a sort of reverse Schleiffen Plan by passing Belgium on my outward trip - I'm using the direct Paris - Frankfurt TGV service.

Thinking about using the Amsterdam - Brussels Thalys for the return. DB UK have quoted £28 first class but have sold out of their quota - they recommend Voyages SNCF. Does anyone have experience purchasing FIP fares from them?

Is there a geographic number for the following:-

do NOT use that- BE charges much, much more for INT as for domestic.
BUT then to Aachen you cannot use the ICE nor the Thalys ut TLS has globl own fares anyway.
Book on b-rail the local fares and add 1,80 for Roosendaal (or Maastricht) and 2,40 to Aachen, from the last BE-stop. if you are <26, can use the much cheaper GoPass1 option-single is just 6 eur. Right now in summer (NOT sat/sun) the Summerdeal is 8 eur/single for everyone, till 27/8.

I have managed to get a Belgian coupon so I have options now for my return travel from Amsterdam to Brussels. That said I quite fancy the Thalys if I can get the £28 1st class fare.

What would be my chances of purchasing this at Mannheim Hbf on 16/08/14 for travel on 19/08/14? I don't think I will have time beforehand as I'm not sure Voyages SNCF will issue a FIP ticket over the phone?
