out my way:

Feltham and Twickenham both free on platform but not open all the time.

Richmond used to charge but I think they are currently closed.

Wearing a hi viz vest will get you a long way... free access to paid toilets ( if there's a cleaner nearby to let you in), and even discounts at coffee shops. I work as an engineer on TfL, was in Victoria mainline station and got the network rail discount just because I was wearing my hi vi. Didn't even have to ask for it. Even had cheap coffee from Heathrow terminals thank to the hi vi.

A lot of Southeastern stations have free toilets, though usually locked up when the booking office is shut.

Kidbrooke’s has been boarded up, most likely owing to vandalism.
