Freight at Springburn in Glasgow. Good place?

Hi! Just basically asking is Springburn a good place to spot freight trains? I saw some going past Springburn Station going towards Queen Street way around 2:45pm today. Biggest train I've ever seen. Thanks a lot!

I think freight at springburn may be sporadic at best. Maybe get the alcans heading up towards fort William and the odd timber train if your lucky. Maybe some Glasgow based members could provide better local knowledge
