Does anyone have any ideas on the salary/overtime/conditions of the Freightliner groundstaff positions please

Groundstaff is shunter, its neither HH or IM.... its mobile or static.

Just looked at the advert, says mobile. However FL currently only have 1 train in the area that is the daily Felixstowe to Tees Dock and 3 ground staff cover this. I suspect a lot of the work will be at Tyne Yard on the ballast work or it could be on the new work out of Hartlepool (if it ever starts). Not sure on salary think it’s about 32k for a 37 hour week.

Did you apply? I did. Did some OPC testing but never heard back after that.

Mobile shunters are on pretty close to 40k on a 37 hour week new pay claim going through too.
