Had a few suggestions:

TPE

• Manchester Piccadilly to Skegness: Stockport, Sheffield, Worksop, Retford, Gainsborough Lea Road, Lincoln Central, Sleaford, Boston and Skegness
• Manchester Piccadilly to Leicester: Stockport, Chesterfield, Derby, East Midlands Parkway, Loughborough and Leicester

No idea why you’d want a through Skegness train. No major flows and passengers going on/off holiday can transit to various destinations via Grantham, Nottingham and Derby.

No idea why you’d want a Manchester to Leicester either - better services to Nottingham with decent connections to Derby and Leicester via Sheffield using existing Intercity services to St Pancras are quite fine.

• 1tph Liverpool Lime Street to Edinburgh
• 1tph Liverpool Lime Street to Scarborough
• 3tpd Liverpool Lime Street to Glasgow Central
• 1tph Manchester Airport to Glasgow Central/Edinburgh Waverley
• 1tph: Manchester Airport to Middlesbrough
• 1tph: Manchester Airport to Newcastle
• 1tph: Manchester Airport to Hull
• 1tph: Manchester Airport to Cleethorpes
• 1tph: Liverpool Lime Street to Nottingham
• 1tph: Liverpool Lime Street to Leicester via Crewe
• 1tph: Manchester Piccadilly to Leicester via Derby and Sheffield

Ideas are great on paper / forum.

Doubtful of two Leicesters. Doubtful of a Manchester - Sheffield - Derby and a Manchester - Sheffield - Nottingham. Hull deserves 2tph.
