Starting soon as Gateline staff, got a date for start of the "Induction" course. What sort of things can I be looking forward to?

Inductions usually consist of all the company stuff such as HR presentations and getting all the corporate stuff about the company out of the way. You may even get a free thermos and a pen.

I didn't mention it in the title but I assume the induction continues into a training course of some sort.
"A free thermos" I don't believe you, surely the idea of a hot drink while stood on a freezing cold platform just isn't allowed.

Don’t get me wrong, you won’t be allowed to use it on duty
As for the training, I don’t know, it depends on the TOC I guess.
