Had a play on Google Earth(assuming that's not cheating), can offer Portugal-Vietnam at circa 6,500 miles.

Thank you.
A quick one methinks:- What was the original official name of the old Wembley Stadium? Hint, what was the colour of the famous horse at the first event?

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
The first FA Cup final at the original Wembley Stadium was between Bolton Wanders and West Ham United in 1923. The official capacity was said to be 123,000, but numbers far in excess gained admission and the crowd reached the pitch touchline area. A mounted policeman on a white police horse called Billy made valiant efforts to clear as much of the pitch surrounding area and it became known as "The White Horse Final".

I don't know the original official name of the stadium.

Was it The Empire Stadium?

As for my previous question the solution, as taken from an article in MIT Review.

Over water
Start at Sonmiani in Pakistan, pass between Madagascar and Africa then between Tierra Delhi Fuego and Antarctica finally arriving at Karakinsky District in Russia.
32089.7 kilometres

Over land
Start near Jinjiang in China, weave through Mongolia Kazakhstan and Russia arriving in Portugal close to Sagres.
11241.1 kilometres
