Getting Feedback

Hi all,
Some of you may remember that I took an assessment for TPE around January.
Unfortunately I was unsuccessful, despite being in the last 4 people in the assessment. I'm unsure if I failed the assessment or whether there just wasn't enough jobs to go round etc, TPE were a little vague.

I've tried getting feedback from TPE but have been unsuccessful.
Can anybody tell me the name of the company that provides the tests for TPE?
I'd be most grateful as I'm now starting to look at applying again and really need to know what went wrong!

Many of them are struggling to offer real feedback as the calibre of candidates is so high, they can't really make a clear differentiation between candidates, hence why some companies are reluctant to give even a response.

The winner I noticed by Northern Rail was.....
"You failed to offer suitable answers of how you would do the job"
....which having done that job for 10 years (including 3 years as manager) made me worry somewhat.
