Getting from St Albans to Stonebridge Park on January 7th

Hi all
As per the title, will Thameslink trains be running on the day of the ASLEF strike ?
I would normally go from St Albans to West Hampstead, changing to London Overground for a train to Willesden Junction, thence by tube or LO to Stonebridge Park.
Otherwise, I guess I could bus it to Watford Junction and take the Overground south to my destination?

The expectation is that Thameslink won't be able to run on 5 January, which is the day of the ASLEF strike. 7 January is an RMT strike day, when some Thameslink services are expected to run in line with previous such strikes.
