Does anybody know please where the above "hybrid" services feature in Arriva Rail North and Scotrail franchises?
I've read the various threads on these services, which are apparently Scotrail stock, operated by Scotrail staff between Glasgow anmd Carlisle, and by Northern staff from Carlisle to Newcastle. Listed as Scotrail when traveling to Newcastle, and Northern when traveling to Glasgow, according to the threads.
References to franchise agreements in the existing threads predate the new franchise agreements of April 2016. I have searched the current Arriva Rail North and Scotrail franchise agreements, but I can't find these train services. But I'm not very au fait with franchise agreements so I've probably missed something in the hundreds of pages and sections.
