Very approximately it goes like this.
Immingham - Drax via Scunthorpe and ECML.

Rising gradient Ulceby - Brocklesby.
Rising gradient Wrawby Junction - bridge just east of Elsham.
Falling gradient bridge just east of Elsham - Elsham box.
Between Elsham & Appleby Lincs there is what can only be described as a hump back bridge! Its on the left hand curve before....
Falling gradient to Bridge 50 east of Appleby Lincs.
Rising gradient Bridge 50 to Scunthorpe side of Foreign Ore Junction.
Falling gradient Scunthorpe side of Foreign Ore Junction - Trent junction.
Rising gradient Trent junction - Scunthorpe station.
Falling gradient just west Scunthorpe station - Gunhouse
Rising gradient Gunhouse - Just east of Althorpe
Rising and falling gradients up & over Keadby Canal Bridge
Rising gradient approaching Thorne South
Falling gradient Thorne South - Kirton Lane CCTV
Rising gradient Bramwith AHBC - Thorpe Marsh AHBC
Falling gradient Thorpe Marsh AHBC - Applehurst Junction
Rising gradient Burton Salmon - Brotherton Tunnel
Falling gradient Brotherton Tunnel - Ferrybridge North Junction
Rising gradient Ferrybridge North Junction - Knottingley West Junction
Falling gradient Knottingley Station - Common Lane
Rising and falling up & over the Pontefract canal
Rising gradient Platts UWC - just east of High Eggborough MCG
Falling gradient just east High Eggbourough MCG - Heck Lane
Rising gradient Drax Branch Junction - Just short of Hensalls Down section signal.

There will be other undulations that a detailed gradient chart will show but thats the best I can do for you I'm afraid. Its been a couple of years since I went over the route too so my memory may also have played tricks.
