So far I understand most if not all roles are being filled with secondments from within the industry (both NR and TOCs). I imagine a careers site will be launched when external recruitment starts in earnest.
Yes many roles are being filled by TOC and Network Rail secondments and adverts are going out internally for senior to mid-level management roles.
