Yes!

It's a Polo 9n.

Is it a 1.4 or 1.6? Speedo only goes up to 140?

It's an '02 1.2, I believe they just used the same speedo in all of them, as the 1.2 55 can only do 94mph.

There are a couple of things that make it unique to this particular model.

To expand on this, the radio and blue dials mean it's a VW.
The switch next to the hazard warning light switch narrows it down to only a couple of models of that era (most have the switch for the hazards between the air vents).
Because the switches are right above the radio, with almost no gap, and the shape of the upper part in the second photo, it can only be a Polo 9n or 9n3.
