Charing Cross, southbound Bakerloo line. You can make out Elephant & Castle on the display! Also, 1972 TS uses the line. I'll guess it was taken in 2004 as the Samsung D410 was "all that" in 2004 for having a 262144 colour screen.

Wrong, i purposely include the Samsung D410 to make your think it was taken in the 200+. The picture was taken in 1999.

The branch using it is the Jubilee Line

First is a refurbished 1973TS on the Piccadilly line at South Harrow

Second is a 1992TS on the Central Line westbound at Stratford.

Second one:

A Class 141 crosses Knaresborough Viaduct with the 12.03 to Leeds, on 15 August 1992. The Class 141s were intended to be a low-cost replacement for the diesel multiple unit trains built in the late 50s and early 60s, and were based on a bus body mounted on a 4-wheel chassis. They have now all been withdrawn, and were outlived by a few of the trains they were meant to replace. Later developments of the bus body concept (Classes 142, 143 and 144) have been slightly more successful.

Do you think you could post photos which are a little less obvious in terms of where they were taken, etc? There is very little point in running the quiz otherwise!

I've got a photo that is somewhere less obvious..
You need to tell me which station I took the photo in and where the train was heading to.. :)
