When running with 1.5 first class vehicles:

DM-TF-TRFB-TS-TS-TS-TSD-TS-TGS-DM

Previously when there were two full Firsts in each train:

DM-TF-TF-TRFB-TS-TS-TSD-TS-TGS-DM

Quite different to BR's Pullman HST sets

I believe all they tried to do was use a set with a full kitchen car seating 24, beyond that nothing special.

An HST full kitchen/buffet (407xx or 408xx) was 17 seats.

I've mis-remembered, GWR had some 22-seat buffet cars, but these had smaller kitchens than the TRFB and it was the latter used for Pullman service insofar as possible, I've got them the wrong way round.
