Based in Scotland with ScotRail, and fancy a change down south with a great TOC.

Been looking at GWR west jobs

Any drivers in the west depots give me a run down on what traction you operate on this side and anything else about the company. Ie rest patterns etc?

Does GWR do a formal interview, rules questions and an assessment? Would like to hear some information on that also.

Thanks !!!

Which depot in the "West"? As West Region on GWR is considered Exeter, Plymouth, Par and Penzance.
All GWR Drivers are on a 4day week, Sundays outside, but committed.

Traction varies by depot as my learned colleague says. And the traction signed varies greatly across the West region.
