How to find steam charters / other interesting services

Hi - hope this is the right place to ask.

Away next week iwith good view of the ECML (near Berwick-Upon-Tweed), and 2 train obsessed kids. Is there any way to find if any steam charters will be passing? I know how to spot something on realtimetrains, but searching through a weeks worth seems a bit of a slow way + prone to error.

Any info/tips where to look much appreciated.

Steam-hauled charters are rare on that section of line, I'm afraid.

If it's of any interest to you, the daily Doncaster to Millerhill Colas departmental working often
produces a class 56, although the northbound train runs light engine more often than not!
