How to know if the ticket was collected?

Hi friends,

Two months ago I booked online a ticket for tomorrow morning via VirginTrains.

I do not remember if I collected the ticket via machine (I thought I did, but cannot find it)

Is there any way to know if I collected it - I mean to check the status? Because if I lost it it worth to know asap...

If you phone them they should be able to check if the booking has been collected, but it is probably too late now at this time of night.

A further option, which might be available at this time of night, is to attempt to collect the ticket at a TVM, if it has been issued already it will not allow you to collect it again.
