Im looking and eléctrical diagram of the hst 125 need to regulate the air conditioner unit or any sugestión of the location of the thermostat ?

Have you tried asking the 125 Group? They're a volunteer outfit who are working on their own set of coaches and power cars so may have useful information: https://www.125group.org.uk/

There’s been an experienced HST engineer in Mexico for over two weeks. I’d expect there’s a VMI in place, too.

I thought it was located at the top right hand side of the evaporator inlet box?

Intended of course for enthusiasts not HST owners, but there's a fair amount of technical detail in it as I recall.

Only the power cars, not much on the trailers in there - just not enough space.
