I am looking for information of how i can find a way of finding good double-decker buses to be refurbished open-top in the UK, i am in Aberdeen Scotland. To export outside the UK for tours company.

Best bet is to approach someone like Ensign who do bus sales. Buy a copy of Coach and Bus weekly which has loads of second hand buses for sale.

Judging by the update dates I wonder if they are keeping the listings up to date, but for what it's worth the Ensignbus site has two open-top double-deckers apparently for sale now.
