Just recently bought 2 X 15 day passes to be used by 1 June during Black Friday ,today I get an e mail stating I have 6 weeks to activate my pass! message them with pass numbers they reply that they can not find my pass numbers, not the easiest of people to contact either

Loads of people have received that mail, including me. I currently only have fully used passes and a few from the recent black Friday sales so nothing will expire in the next 6 weeks.
It must have been sent in error.

Does not bode well as to the competency of the company, imagine how many people have contacted Interrail flapping in the wind ?
