Bolton > Oxenholme by TPE, five mins connection to the train to Windermere. This is the plan shown on Trainline, and assuming that the first train is late and the connection isn't held up, I would apply for delay repay but thinking it would be rejected as the 5' connection time is too tight?

This is the itinery; arrive 1532, leave 1537 > Windermere

Five minutes is the standard time unless specified otherwise. If it was specified otherwise, Trainline wouldn't give you that itinerary. So yes, this is sufficient.

(That bike info is garbage, though, Northern don't offer cycle reservations on any of their trains!)

Thanks, that's reassuring!
