Is there a way in TS2018 to control the number of people on a platform?

I'm currently building a scenario for the Kyle Line, and I would like to be able to have some platforms not have people on. It is very unlikely for a driver to have to stop at every request stop because people wish to get on, especially on such a remote railway. Is there a way to do this in the scenario? Thanks.

You're best to jump onto the Steam forums for the game itself, I can't check at the moment but they might have a more dedicated section for route building etc

You cannot do it specifically for a scenario, no. You would need to do it in the route editor.
