For those that have done it, what is the average walk time between Southampton Southampton Central Station and Red Jet terminal?

Google Maps is stating 28 minutes but looking at the actual route, I'd say 20 minutes at most...

It is many years since I did it, but you should calculate on it being a good half-hour even if you are a brisk walker and there is still a lift at the corner of Asda to take you up. Do not underestimate just how many roads you have to cross.

I would say about 28 mins at a brisk walk, I usually cycle it in less than 10 mins with luggage to the car ferry terminal which is slightly closer.
