johnstone-killwinning linespeed

Network Rail has undertaken development work looking
at raising the linespeed between Johnstone and Kilwinning to 100 mph



anyone know anything about this ? current line speed ect ?

Sectional Appendix says 90mph when operating in the right direction and 40mph when "wrong line".
