Hi, Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get to the Buses 2022 event at Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire on Sunday 7th August by public transport? My initial thoughts and looking online is that for non car users it might be difficult.

Given that previous events have included shuttles from rail stations I'd suggest waiting until more details emerge, at worst finding if any companies local to you are taking exhibits.

There used to be a Sunday service, probably been cut in the last couple of years. Sorry about that!

Thanks for looking at the X10, yep not on a Sunday, it would seem the Buses Magazine event has moved to somewhere not accessible by bus! even from Northampton, Kettering, or Wellingborough. I'm sure when checking earlier in the year on the Events Diary (Classic Bus Website) it was to be based at East of England Showground in Peterborough

Taxi from wellingborough would be the most convenient option.

Not sure of the date but an annual bus rally takes place in wellingborough.
Also the nearest service bus on a Sunday might be the X4 at Earls Barton.

Just noticed this unanswered thread nearly five months later.

In case anybody is still wondering, there is a half-hourly service operating from Wellingborough station.
