I signed up for keyGo for convenience's sake. Before, I would buy an Off Peak Day Return between Huntingdon and Farringdon.

I was instead charged for an Off Peak Day Travelcard Zones 1-6. I suspect that changing via King's Cross and St Pancras assumed I took LU, but I thought KeyGo could not be used on LU? And I touched on the Thameslink barriers too?

I have raised this complaint to GTR but I'm not sure how this happened.

Update - GTR resolved it. I am really uncomfortable with keyGo and it's not possible to load day tickets onto The Key at Huntingdon, so I'm sticking to paper for the time being.

helpful to read the outcome, thanks. I'm personally rather dubious about these ticketless systems charging correctly - esp if you do anything 'unusual' by which I mean things the computer can't relate to...

I think it was confused with the OSI between King’s Cross and St Pancras, which is just really strange considering that Oyster does it relatively well. And that keyGo cannot be used on LU as well.

Update - GTR reached out to me. Apparently, keyGo has been incredibly delayed and took time to process, and ended up resolving itself. Rather weird.

I'm awaiting a response and I'll post the update here.
