King's Lynn-London Return Tomorrow

Good morning all

As the title really, 1 adult travelling, no Railcard.

At the moment my plan is to travel from KLN on either the 1044 or 1144, depending on my journey to get to the station going well, and returning once I have got an errand done, not sure what time but on the day for sure.

Looking myself the best I can find is KLN/CBG Off Peak Return £10.80 and CBG/London All Stations Off Peak Return £25.40.

My errand is walkable from King's Cross so have chosen this rather than a cheaper CBG/LST, but have selected All Stations as I am aware of the ongoing disruption via Great Northern.

Any other ideas to reduce the cost would be welcome.

I was intending to check National Rail tonight to see what the service might be, but having read some of the threads re Thameslink etc I am leaving a fair bit of padding in my day to get there with enough time!
