With LNR as it is at the moment I wouldn't be unduly surprised to see it cancelled, anyway. LNR wouldn't leave you stranded if that happened but it'd take ages to get enough buses in, assuming they were able to and didn't just send an 8-car train's worth.
I'm sure the last time I checked on my Uber app, it said they didn't have any coverage. But it does now, cheers. I'll stick to Speedline/Skyline or whatever they call themselves now
Will look at them. BTW I'll just get taxi to Stanmore which is right off the M1 and then get night tube.
I'm hoping to get back from Berkswell to Euston the same evening, although not as late as the OP - is that route likely to be running OK?
In days gone by there were additional trains laid on when there were big concerts at the Bowl, however with LNW's struggle to cover the normal timetable on Saturday afternoons at present I don't think they could even contemplate running a couple of "concert specials"
There's also that the capacity of the stadium is only 20,000 as against the Bowl's 70,000 or thereabouts (it's one of the largest venues of any kind in the UK, which is why it tends not to be used these days - it's only really "superband" territory in terms of size, and Wembley is probably a better choice even though the Bowl is something really special). But I think in this case because there is only one UK date there will be a disproportionate number of those 20,000 who are coming from London.
