Hello,
The online booking for the Southern DaySave ticket (link) has a mandatory "Leaving from" field. What is the significance of that field?
It might be just a formality, the only station where I can collect the ticket, the only station where I may to enter through the gates, or else ... ?
I've tried filling in Shepherd's Bush, where I'll start my journey, but that's not valid although Southern services stop there once in a while. Clapham Junction is accepted, for example.
Also, can I collect the prebooked Southern DaySave ticket at any National Rail station, or only at stations with Southern ticket machines?
Thanks for your help.
