Very little in the way of monarchs or pork products at Kingham!

-Peter

EDIT: And I'm informed there aren't any biblical figures or misrepresented articles in Evesham...

No sign of the former Chancellor of the Exchequer scoring a century at Darlington.

There isn't exactly a lot of shipping at Dudley Port.

Nor is there a nunnery at Seven Sisters

and the pub at Berney Arms closed down in 2015. <(<(
I always thought Dudley Port was a new type of after Dinner Wine?

I thought I’d see Tucker Jenkins and Zammo McGuire at Grange Hill but they were nowhere to be seen!

I wouldn’t bother taking my swimming trunks and suncream to Waterbeach either.

No Rams gate at Ramsgate although the footbridge steps at Broadstairs are fairly wide...
No bread based comestibles at Sandwich...

Dudley port used to be an area of wharves and warehouses for the canal network in the area. It was 'Dudley's Port' as it served Dudley but was outwith the borough.

I was expecting a port when I went to Newport (Essex).
I was also expecting a brilliant castle, probably designed by Zaha Hadid, showcasing the latest architectural fashions and techniques, at Newcastle.
I also can't find much overcooked meat in the Burnham area, and I couldn't find a drama club that would accept me in Acton either. I couldn't find any raspberry jam, or even strawberries and cream, at Berrylands, at I couldn't find a bishop at Bishop's Stortford. I also didn't find a nice quiet alley in Bowling.
Come to think of it, all my railway explorations have been totally pointless. I haven't discovered anything.

Have you ever tried to buy some hay at Haymarket

and Warwickshire Cricket Ground is nowhere near Edgbaston Village (as some people have found out to their cost)

Seems to be no red hills at Redhill

I don’t see any nut farms at Nutfield station.

No holy rocks at Godstone

No battles at Battle

Chelsea don’t seem to have scored any goals at Winchelsea

Nowhere to swim underneath the platforms at Overpool.

Can't see any moors or fields at Moorfields?

On a positive note, there are definitely some chests too be seen at Chester (particularly on race days!) ((Delete if not appropriate )

You can't play cricket at Bat & Ball

Though it was named after a former pub which very likely did have some sort of cricketing connection.

There were a number of stations called "X Central" that weren't particularly central and were just so named because of the Great Central Railway.

Heath High Level and Heath Low Level are very much in the urban area of Cardiff with no heathland nearby
