LM Worcester Platform Assistant Q'

Hi everyone, just looking for some information if possible please.

I've been keeping an eye on the LM careers page, looking for vacancies and have noticed that the Platform Assistant role at Worcester Foregate Street has come up a few times recently. Wondering if they simply haven't been able to fill the role or the job has a high turnover etc.
The add doesn't say anything about it being temporary and what not so really just wondering if anyone can shed any light on it as I have put an application in.

I understand that the reason for the regular advertisements is that a lot of the staff are on the waiting list for trainee driver jobs, and so as they get put into courses more jobs are becoming available.
