I'm not really sure where to put this but I've received an email regarding my journey with LNER after Christmas saying that it's been cancelled due to an 'alteration in train scheduling'. I've followed their instructions to request a new booking...any idea how long it takes for them to rebook an alternative service? The train concerned was the 15:18 from Peterborough on the 27th December.
EDIT: So they’ve rebooked me into standard rather than first which is where my original booking was. Not a fantastic experience so far.
