LNER Perks problem

I joined LNER Perks and have made 4 qualifying journeys, value of £1.36 each. The trips are now marked ‘complete’ but the total available only reads £1.36, instead of 4 times that amount. Are LNER still having Perks problems or have I just discovered a bug? No contact details for anyone that I can see……
