Location code for Zone 3 (London)

Can anyone help me with the code for London Zone 3 so I make a query in BR fares.

I wanted to know the ticket price for a 7 day season (7DS) from Leyton Midland to Southend Central (via Barking), but can't for the life of me remember the location code for me to do this!

I have the 7DS price from Barking to Southend but also wanted to know whether a season ticket all the way through would be better value than using Oyster PAYG between Leyton Midland and Barking.

Type in London Zones 3-6 and it'll display the price.

If you use the national rail website calculator it'll usually show you the point-to-point season price together with the price for the relevant London zones.
