Wondered how long before the inevitable happened and they went the same way as the other Govia TOCs.

Well they've just lost all my future custom!

Starts Friday 19th Feb according to LM's website, yet I haven't had the courtesy of a email yet.

Any other TOCs use this system, ISTR East Coast and various others did, any remaining?
