i'm trying to claim for a delay from west croydon to highbury and Islington with my anytime day travelcard from Folkestone to London and zones 1-6
I was a bit confused when it asks on their website to 'enter ticket/smartcard number (if you have a key or c2c smartcard enter the full number)
Should it be the ten digit number at the top or 5 digit number at the bottom?
